Metro Hall located at 55 John St., Toronto. The parking ticket counter at this location (where motorists can go to dispute a parking ticket or pay a parking ticket fine) will be temporarily re-located to Toronto City Hall at Nathan Philips Square. See below.

Effective today, the Parking Ticket Counter at the Metro Hall (located at 55 John Street, 3rd Floor (John south of King St.) in Toronto will temporarily re-locate to Nathan Philips Square, City Hall on the main floor.

Days/Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If there is a labour disruption between the City of Toronto and CUPE Local 79 (inside workers), then this re-located Parking Ticket Counter will be closed.
