It's best to maintain your cool and refrain from uttering death threats to TTC employees, even when you feel they deserve to hear your rant.

A man has pleaded guilty for the second time in two months to threatening to kill a TTC employee.

The TTC said Ryan Boyle, 26, spent 20 days in jail after the first incident in February at Broadview station. Boyle pleaded guilty April 4 to a similar incident at Victoria Park station in March and was sentenced to 10 more days in jail and two years of probation, the TTC said.

According to the TTC, an average of two of its employees are assaulted physically or verbally every day.
